An elegant early 19th century First Empire console table of architectural form, the green marble top above a frieze with foliate running guilloche brass mounts supported by two fine pillars with further mounts to the tops and bottoms, the lower shelf with beautifully figure rosewood veneer and heightened with another section of brass decoration, the whole raised on four reeded bun feet.
